About Us
H. Robert (Bob) Hannah III is a local native,
having grown up in Walker County in Halls Valley and graduating from
Trion High School in 1980. He attended Jacksonville State University,
then The University of Georgia at Athens, receiving accounting and law
degrees in 1985, 1988 and 1989. He has been licensed to practiced law
in the State of Georgia since 1989. He opened his law practice in
LaFayette, Georgia in 1991, and is a former member of the Georgia
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Bob Hannah began practicing law in Northwest
Georgia in 1991, practicing in all municipal (city), probate, state, and
superior courts in Georgia. He is a member of the Lookout Mountain
Judicial Circuit and the State Bar of Georgia.
Bob has been a county administrator, appointed by
the Walker County Probate Court Judge, since 1994, representing estates,
minor children and incapacitated adults since 1994.
